Features
By using Tradelink ERP webservices, your e-business solution is closely connected to your ERP system. The ERP-webservices enables you to exchange the following data between the ERP system and Tradelink E-business.
Products
ERP Webservices can syncronise all products in the ERP-system with the e-business administration. This means that you can reuse product information from your ERP-system in the e-business administration and in the webshop.
Categories
You can transfer the category structure from your existing ERP-system to your webshop. Category names, and organisation is then synchronized.
Prices - Standard
Standard prices in the ERP-system can be synchronized with the webshop. It reduces time administering pricing in a central administration.
Prices - Customer specific
Tradelink ERP Webservices can calculate customer specific prices in real time. It requires that the user logs in to the webshop. Customer specific information / data is then automatically shown. This is ideal for B2B solutions, where prices vary from customer to customer.
Customer details (checkout)
When your registered customers checkout, their debitor data registered in the ERP or CRM system is automatically registered in the webshop, saving your visitor the trouble retyping it.
Stock count
The stock count shown in the webshop is a ‘true’ count, since it is collected real time from the ERP-system. This ensures that customers never orders products that are out of stock.
Place orders
Orders placed in the webshop are placed directly in the ERP-system, decreasing your time of delivery to your customer. It also saves you time, only having to manage orders from one place.
Order status
Customers can check how their order is progressing, due to the tight connection to the ERP-system. The customer can see how far the order has moved in the system.
Invoice history
Customers can check their invoice history for all invoices they have in the system. The invoices are listed in a clear way, making it easy for your customers to find the invoice they intend to find.
Extended Implementation
Users (logins)
Instead of using the default user administration in the CMS, you can administer customers, user accounts ( login information), etc. in the CRM or ERP system.
Additional data is optional
Other integrations are possible. We have chosen to list the ones most common for regular e-business.
